After this form is submitted you will be contacted by our Preschool Director. Registrations are accepted on a first come first served basis. When a class fills up your child can be placed on a wait list. The $75.00 registration fee payment secures your child's spot. Payments are accepted in person though our church office during the school year and summer months. Checks and Cash are the only payments we accept for Preschool registration and tuition. Please call the church office at 847-224-9647 to make a registration fee payment appointment. Thank You.
